According to the Oxford dictionary, Wedding is defined as “a marriage ceremony, and the meal or party that usually follows it”, and with me as your Wedding Officiant in Paris, I will guide you and help you through the beautiful process of creating the perfect day for you and your partner.

Oxford dictionary also dictates that “Marriage is the state of being married, though the word can also mean the wedding ceremony” and for many people, living a married life is more significant and meaningful than a legal piece of paper, and that’s where I come in as a Wedding Officiant in Paris: we can create a beautiful event to mark the beginning of your lives together, giving yourself a date in the calendar to celebrate annually, without all the bureaucratic paraphernalia that government think are required.

Even though same sex couples can marry legally through the majority of Europe, and even all 50 states in the US; there are still so many places around the world that this is not a possibility, but for some, a legal piece of paper is no necessary, and love is all there is to live a full filling life with your better half. This is why the concept of Elopement was invented. 

Elopement means “the act of running away with somebody in order to marry them secretly” according to the Oxford dictionary. You can get marry legally, but with my services you can also have an symbolic but powerful ceremony for you and your better half. You can also save yourself family drama, big expenses, organizing a big event, and especially the stress that comes with a massive party; just you, your partner, and me… you can also have as private as you want with just a selected few members of your chosen family.

Life is a beautiful journey if you walk through it with a person by your side, and a lot of people have had the privilege of having that person through thick and thin, for many, many years. And several, after decades together, choose to celebrate a vow renewal… but wait, this is not a second wedding!

A Vow Renewal Ceremony is, it’s an intimate affair to reaffirm the love that two people have for each other and continue to have for what is next in life. As it is defined by the Oxford dictionary, vow is “a formal and serious promise to do something”, and in this case I can help you to renew your wedding vows, to show the importance of your journey with your partner.

Maybe you didn’t have the opportunity to have a formal wedding, or didn’t have the capital to have your wedding dream; or maybe you want to mark a milestone in your marriage (30 years? 50 years together?), and a vow renewal is the perfect scenario for you and your partner to rekindle the love that brought you together and continues to live after so many years… and now you can include your children to such an important event!

But not everyone likes such a fancy event, or a big party; maybe you like simple things, or maybe you just want to have a secret private moment with you, your spouse and me, to officiate a cozy little, very private, wedding/vow renewal/ or elopement; and I can make it happen! Not everyone likes to display their love in public, not even to their family and/or friends, and that’s OK! I can provide you the perfect solitude and discreet wedding of your dreams…
